Creative Destruction Empirical Model

Here, with the econometric approach I elaborated for cyclical analysis, I proved a solution to the 2025 Nobel-awarded theoretical model of Creative Destruction by Aghion and Howitt.

  • First to demonstrate the complete transition among the three Schumpeterian effects within an econometric framework consistent with total factor productivity (TFP).

  • It provides perhaps the clearest empirical demonstration of Schumpeter’s process of Creative Destruction to date (2025).

This research is at the highest academic level, published in The Journal of the Knowledge Economy (JKEC) by Springer Nature. Since 2010, JKEC is the first journal to focus on the social, technological and economic aspects of knowledge and innovation.
